Disclosed are an aldehyde-free artificial board adhesive, an aldehyde-free artificial board manufactured by same, and a preparation method for the artificial board. The aldehyde-free artificial board adhesive comprises an agent A and an agent B. The agent A is an isocyanate-based adhesive, and the agent B is an aqueous dispersion of aliphatic polyester polyurethane and/or a modifier thereof. The aldehyde-free artificial board is formed under hot-pressing after a wooden and/or straw material is mixed with the aldehyde-free artificial board adhesive. The artificial board manufactured by the aldehyde-free artificial board adhesive has excellent water-proof and mechanical properties and a good saw cutting performance, and the amount of isocyanate used is also reduced, thereby reducing costs.
