Disclosed is a vibration energy harvesting device capable of operation frequency adjustment. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a vibration energy harvesting device capable of operation frequency adjustment comprises: a cylindrical housing, the upper surface of which is open, a wound coil being arranged along the inner peripheral surface of the housing; a housing cover fastened to the upper surface of the housing, the housing cover having an adjustment hole formed to penetrate the same in the upward/downward direction and having an adjustment means arranged on the upper portion inside the adjustment hole and exposed to the outside; a first elastic body arranged on the upper portion inside the housing; a second elastic body arranged on the lower portion inside the housing so as to face the first elastic body; a first magnetic body arranged on the lower portion of the first elastic body so as to interwork with the first elastic body and to vibrate accordingly; a second magnetic body arranged on the upper portion of the second elastic body so as to interwork with the second elastic body and to vibrate accordingly; and a third elastic body arranged between the adjustment means and the first elastic body so as to contact the same, thereby pressurizing the first elastic body by means of operation of the adjustment means.
