Provided is a preparation method for CdSe nanocrystals, comprising steps of: S1, dissolving Se powder in Na2SO3 solution, and heating to fully dissolve the Se powder to obtain Na2SeSO3 solution; S2, dissolving a cadmium salt and a stabilizer mercaptoacetic acid in an aqueous solution, adding the Na2SeSO3 solution to form a sol, and then heating the sol and carrying out refluxing and cooling; S3, adding acetone to the cooled sol to obtain a precipitate, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain CdSe nanocrystals; and S4, wet-processing the CdSe nanocrystals by using CdCl2. The method wet-processes the CdSe nanocrystals using CdCl2, thus improving crystallinity and reducing defect density; and the method can be widely used in electroluminescent devices to improve service life.
