The virtual character-based artificial intelligence interaction method of the embodiments of the present application combines text words or emotional control information of an interaction information input, and, by means of a manner of natural semantic recognition, creates an artificial helper having a personality; the present invention reduces human involvement on a large-scale, reducing the workload in development while producing an artificial intelligence helper having more natural emotions. The present invention further comprises a virtual character-based artificial intelligence interaction device.
