The first purpose of the present invention is to achieve guidance process management which is for treatment and/or exercise and is capable of providing an exercise menu sufficiently suitable for an exerciser in consideration of the physical condition of the exerciser. The purpose is achieved by a guidance process management system which is for treatment and/or exercise and is implemented in a client-side terminal that is operated by a client and in a trainer-side terminal that is connectable with the client-side terminal through communication and is operated by a trainer, the guidance process management system for treatment and/or exercise being provided with: an evaluation means which evaluates the posture of the client in a standstill and/or moving state; an exercise determination means which determines an exercise to be performed by the client on the basis of the evaluation by the evaluation means; and a storage means which stores information on the evaluation by the evaluation means and information on the exercise that has been determined by the exercise determination means and has been performed by the client.
