Disclosed is an encryption hybrid model SI simulation method based on an ADS and an HSPICE. The method comprises: extracting step response data of a TX end chip encryption model by means of HSPICE transient simulation; externally generating a random code signal; and taking the extracted step response data and the external random code signal as an input source of ADS channel simulation, so as to realize active simulation of an encryption hybrid model. The method of the present invention can effectively solve the problem that signal integrity simulation cannot be precisely carried out or that simulation cannot be carried out caused by encryption model types provided by manufacturers being inconsistent, and ensures that link quality analysis can be carried out according to different types of encryption models, and thus, the design risk of a system can be assessed according to a simulation result and a corresponding improvement can be made, unnecessary time and expenses are reduced, and the design success rate of the system is greatly improved.
