Provided are an air-source heat pump heater and a control method and device thereof. The air-source heat pump heater comprises an indoor unit (10) and an outdoor unit (20). The outdoor unit (20) is provided with an outdoor heat exchanger (22) and a fan (23). A heat absorption film is provided at a surface of the outdoor heat exchanger (22). The method comprises: acquiring temperature information representing an environment in which the outdoor unit (20) is operating; and adjusting, according to the temperature information, an operation speed of the fan (23) in the outdoor unit (20), thereby reducing energy consumption.
