Provided in the present application are a filtering method based on an orthogonal basis function, a signal processing apparatus, and a ground labelling system. The filtering method comprises: acquiring a magnetic signal; and using a convolutional factor based on an orthogonal basis function to filter the magnetic signal, the acquired filtered signal being the product of the magnetic signal and the convolutional factor. The filtering method based on an orthogonal basis function, the signal processing apparatus, and the ground labelling system provided in the present application use a convolutional factor based on an orthogonal basis function to filter the magnetic signal, the acquired filtered signal having a higher signal-to-noise ratio; using the filtered signal can increase the accuracy of magnetic flux leakage determination.
