SPRAYING DEVICE FOR BOILER ENERGY CONSERVATION AND EMISSION REDUCTION

A spraying device for boiler energy conservation and emission reduction, being enveloped, as a whole, in a cabinet formed by a device housing; in the cabinet, a support separation plate and a nozzle support separation plate are erected respectively at two sides, the lower space therebetween forming a synthetic agent storage compartment. The cabinet is internally provided with a synthetic agent siphon compartment; and a nozzle and a siphon pipe facility above the synthetic agent siphon compartment constitute a spraying apparatus. A backflow guide pipe and an atomization guide pipe of the present application are connected to an air inlet of a blower of the boiler. The present spraying device has a simple process, is easy to operate, and is applicable to boilers, hot rolling furnaces, gas generators, etc. of various tonnages. The present spraying device is safe and practical, has a low cost, is easy to mount and maintain, and can reduce pollution more than 80% and save energy for about 10%.
