An ornamental garden flowerpot placement rack, comprising a base (1), a vertical rod (2), attachment rods (3), support rods (4) and a rain bucket (9); a top end of the base (1) is fixedly connected to the vertical rod (2), and a top end of the vertical rod (2) is provided with a water inlet hole (21); a top end opening of the water inlet hole (21) is penetratingly connected to the rain bucket (9), and a plurality of illumination lamps (10) is uniformly disposed in the circumferential direction of a side surface of the rain bucket (9); a connecting pipe (22) is disposed within the vertical rod (2), and a drainage hole (23) is disposed at a bottom end of an outer circular surface of the vertical rod (2), a plurality of support mechanisms being disposed at a middle portion of the outer circular surface of the vertical rod (2), and the support mechanisms comprising the attachment rods (3) and the support rods (4); the support rods (4) are internally provided with second water passages (41), and a plurality of storage tanks (5) is uniformly disposed at top ends of the support rods (4), first water channels (31) being provided within the attachment rods (3). The rain bucket (9) is configured such that rainwater flows into the water inlet hole (21) by means of the rain bucket (9), then sequentially entering different support mechanisms, and watering flowerpots in the storage tanks (5) respectively, while excess rainwater is finally discharged by means of the drainage hole (23); thus, the present invention may meet water needs for the growth of plants in the flowerpots, and may effectively prevent excessive rainwater from killing the plants.
