Disclosed in the present application are a method for recommending re-use of previously contracted personnel, an electronic device and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring, upon receipt of departmental demand information published by a department, resume information concerning all previously contracted personnel to be reused currently; comparing the acquired resume information with the received departmental demand information one by one, to obtain the similarities between each resume and the received departmental demand information; and selecting top k similarities from the obtained similarities in descending order, and recommending to the department the resume information corresponding to the selected similarities. The technical solution of the present application implements the appropriate utilization of outsourced human resources to be reused.
