A cell line capable of implementing inducible rescue of rhabdovirus, construction method therefor, and application thereof. The cell line is a BHK(TetOn) cell line for lentivirus inducible expression of T7pol/P/N. The rhabdovirus construction method comprises: transfecting dual plasmids, namely a virus polymerase gene plasmid pL and a rhabdovirus core framework plasmid pCore, into the BHK(T7pol/P/N-TetOn) cell line according to a specific ratio, thereby rapidly obtaining a recombinant rhabdovirus. A vector for inducible expression of T7pol/P/N is integrated into a BHK(TetOn) cell genome by means of pGag/Pol, pRSV-Rev, and a pMD2.G lentivirus plasmid system. The cell line can efficiently perform rapid rescue on rhabdovirus assembly and completes screening and identification, and greatly improves the rescue efficiency of a recombinant rhabdovirus as compared with the conventional multi-plasmid rescue system.
