A salesperson behavior risk screening management method, the method comprising: dividing behavior risk points of salespeople (S401); collecting behavior data of the salespeople (S402); carrying out risk assessment for the salespeople on the basis of the behavior data so as to obtain comprehensive risk assessment scores (S403); setting a risk score threshold, and adding salespeople whose scores are above the risk score threshold to a grey list (S404); sending the grey list to a manager, and obtaining a processing result (S405); if it is determined that a salesperson has exhibited illegal behavior, adding the salesperson to a black list and submitting the same to a supervising authority so as to obtain an approval opinion of the supervising authority with regard to the salesperson in the black list (S406); and processing the salesperson in a related system according to the approval opinion (S407). With the described salesperson behavior risk screening management method, risky salespeople may be promptly recognized and processed, so that diffusion is prevented and company losses are reduced.
