The application also identifies predetermined words and associated previously identified themes. This information is then processed in relation to another library that assigns a score to the words and comments overall based upon neighbouring descriptive terms within the comments. The resultant information is then displayed on a results screen in multiple formats. This application can be applied to any circumstance where large volumes of text need to be processed, such as training, marketing or business purposes.
