A single pile platform-based vertical axis wind turbine and vertical-horizontal bidirectional wave energy power generation integrated structure comprises a vertical axis wind turbine (1), a bidirectional wave energy power generation device (2), a bidirectional hydraulic power generation system located in the bidirectional wave energy power generation device, a tower structure (3), a single pile supporting platform structure (4), and an auxiliary power transmission system. The bidirectional wave power generation device can generate power by using bidirectional motion driving hydraulic transmission systems that are relatively vertical and horizontal to the tower structure, the wave energy utilization efficiency is effectively improved, and the unit wave energy power generation cost is reduced. By arranging the relatively-horizontal motion wave energy hydraulic power generation system, the horizontal action load of a wave energy floating body on the single pile foundation tower structure can be effectively reduced, and the building cost of the tower structure can be reduced.
