Disclosed is a disposal method for a gold mine cyanide tailing paste, belonging to the technical field of minings. In the method, cyanide tailings from a dressing plant are first subjected to a harmless decyanation treatment, and subsequently to a resource treatment, namely, a deep-cone thickener is used to concentrate a slurry to a higher mass concentration; during filling, the slurry is mixed with a cementing material and is homogenized and stirred via a two-stage horizontal mixer so as to then form a paste; the paste is filled to a underground goaf through a plunger pump, and the cementing material has a solidification function for preventing the leaching of cyanides; when not being filled, the slurry is directly transported to a storage yard through the plunger pump for stockpiling in open air. The method not only solves the problems of a low utilization rate, land occupation and earth's surface pollution of the gold mine cyanide tailings, but also fills the underground goaf, improves the safety of mining operations, and increases the resource recovery rate.
