The present invention provides a method for preparing a graphene epoxy resin dispersion, the method comprising the following steps: first stirring and mixing graphene and an organic solvent to obtain a graphene mixture; then further stirring and mixing the graphene mixture obtained in the preceding step with a sulfonate surfactant and a Tween surfactant so as to obtain a graphene dispersion; and finally adding an epoxy resin to the graphene dispersion obtained in the preceding step, and subjecting same to stirring and mixing a third time, and then grinding same so as to obtain a graphene epoxy resin dispersion. In the present invention, the way in which graphene material is added is changed, wherein first obtaining the graphene epoxy resin dispersion efficiently solves the problem of dispersing graphene and ensures that the superior performance thereof is utilized fully, and at the same time an auxiliary agent for coating in later stages is used, and thus there is no need to add additional auxiliary agents and impurity introduction is reduced; moreover the whole process is performed at room temperature, which departs from traditional ultrasonic dispersion, effectively reduces energy consumption, and is more beneficial to industrialized mass production.
