SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING AN INTEGRATED PLATFORM TO AUTOMATICALLY MANAGE AND IMPROVE PATIENT COMPLIANCE TO TREATMENT

Disclosed is a system and method to provide an integrated platform to automatically manage and improve patient compliance in clinical practice guidelines and protocols over a network. The system includes a common entity store and a plurality of software agents. The common entity store hosts a plurality of clinical trial data provider tenants, a tenant instance per medical indication, historical clinical trial data study, and data pertaining to a plurality of patients. Four agents interact with the common entity store to determine a plurality of actions by monitoring and reinforcing the patient compliance based on the current and historical clinical trial data. The training agent learns from the historical clinical trial data and further creates an expected reward distribution for selecting the plurality of actions from the historical clinical trial data which suggests a highest expected reward.
