The invention relates to an easily controlled interventional instrument delivery device and an interventional instrument delivery method. The interventional instrument delivery device comprises a core tube, and a guiding head and a fixing head are fixed on the core tube. The near end of the floating limit strip is initiating end that is attached adjacent the fixing head, and the distal end is the end that floats between the interventional instrument installation position and the outer sheath tube. The delivery device of the invention can fasten the end of the valve stent during the release process of a stent to prevent the stent from falling completely during the release process. And the relative friction between the delivery system and the valve is reduced when the stent is released and recovered.
