Provided is a flange (1) for monitoring cracks in zones using a finite element mesh (11) generation method, wherein an annular groove (2) is provided on an end surface or an outer circumference of the flange (1); the inner surface of the annular groove (2) is provided with a non-conductive coating (3); the annular groove (2) is internally provided with an equal-height mesh solid wall (4) that is perpendicular to a bottom end of the annular groove (2) and is divided according to the finite element mesh (11) generation method; a waterproof PCB circuit board (5) is bonded at an upper end of the mesh solid wall (4) and closes the annular groove (2); multiple independent closed spaces are formed between the bottom end of the annular groove (2) and a lower end of the waterproof PCB (5) and the mesh solid wall (4); the closed spaces are filled with a conductive fluid (7); the waterproof PCB circuit board (5) is provided with metal wires (8) respectively in communication with the independent closed spaces and in contact with the conductive fluid (7); and the metal wires (8) are led to the outside (10) of the annular groove through the waterproof PCB circuit board (5). With the flange for monitoring cracks in zones using a finite element mesh generation method, on-line monitoring of the position and number of cracks of the flange (1) can be achieved.
