The present invention discloses an atrial septostomy device, an atrial septostomy system, an operating method for the same, and an opening-creation method. The atrial septostomy device comprises a main body. The main body is provided with an opening creation portion to be inserted into the interatrial septum and expanded to push tissue of the interatrial septum outward to form a through hole. An ablation structure capable of damaging tissue activity at an interatrial septum opening is provided at a location at which the opening creation portion contacts the tissue of the interatrial septum. The atrial septostomy system at least comprises the atrial septostomy device, a septostomy device control mechanism, and an ablation power supply. The present invention is retrievable, does not require tissue cutting, and reduces the likelihood of embolism formation.
