A lower end of the seat panel (2) is provided with the support legs (15) and the storage container (10). The seat panel (2) is provided with the multiple protruding strips (3). The electric heater (4) and the primary signal sensor (5) are provided in the protruding strips (3). The main controller (8) is provided in the storage container (10). The primary signal sensor (5) is connected to the main controller (8). The main controller (8) is connected to the electric heater (4). The garden bench can remove and store rainwater, and can store tools.
