A converter gas component soft measuring method based on a gas heat value and flue gas components. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring effective data by means of measurement, wherein the effective data comprises a converter gas dry-basis lower heat value and combustion furnace flue gas components, and the combustion furnace flue gas components comprise the volume content percentage of O2, CO and CO2 in dry flue gas; and calculating, according to the obtained effective data, the components of converter gas entering a combustion furnace. The present invention overcomes the inconvenience and solves the difficulty brought about to the operation of a combustion furnace due to the fact that currently most steel plants are not equipped with an on-line analyzer for converter gas components entering the combustion furnace, thereby achieving good practical value in engineering. The present invention is further applicable to a combustion furnace heat efficiency performance test, gas components can be distinguished by means of simply using a gas heat value instrument to measure a gas heat value and using a flue gas analyzer to measure flue gas components; moreover, the present invention is further used for combustion furnace performance calculation and analysis, thereby avoiding gas sampling and testing work required by a traditional method, and is particularly applicable to the fast calculation of combustion furnace heat efficiency.
