EASY-OPEN LAYERED FILM, AND EASY-OPEN LAMINATE FILM

This easy-open layered film comprises a base material layer and a heat seal layer, the base material film has a resin layer containing a propylene resin (a1) with a melt tension at 230°C of 0.03-0.40 N, and the content of said propylene resin (a1) is 5-50 mass% of the resin component contained in the base material layer. By means of said easy-open layered film and an easy-open laminate film using the same, it is possible to favorably suppress fluidity of the resin component at high temperatures, and it is possible to simultaneously achieve both favorable heat sealing properties and easy-opening properties when sealed at a high sealing temperature.
