The invention relates to systems of assistance in carrying out financial transactions. A method for predicting a change in quotations for speculating on the stock market, primarily for conducting gaming sessions, consists in that, from a computerized communication means or a terminal, a user enters a gaming system for predicting a change in quotations to obtain a prize in response to guessing correctly, and carries out registration in a software application on the terminal or in an application on the computerized communication means, makes a monetary deposit on the account of said system and officially enters into a contract to obtain a prize by guessing correctly whether there is a change or a lack of change in quotations; the system obtains a stream of quotations from external sources and generates a continuous stream of quotations, said stream being compiled from each final quotation obtained upon expiry of a selected interval of time; the user sets a separate period of time and, for a prize, makes a prediction about a change or a lack of change in quotations accruing at the expiry of said time and being countable from the beginning of registering said time, and a prize is obtained if the prediction made by the user is a correct guess, wherein the system graphically visualises the arrival of the final quotations during said period of time set by the user.
