The present invention relates to the technical field of VR/AR devices. Disclosed are an anti-interference method and apparatus in a scene of multiple VR/AR devices, for use in solving the interference problem due to the same frequency of the multiple VR/AR devices in one large space. The method comprises: S1: selecting, when a VR/AR device is added to a positioning device, a frequency point within a set frequency range to start to transmit a signal. S2: Measuring the signal-to-noise ratio of the transmitted signal. S3: Determining whether the signal-to-noise ratio is greater than or equal to a set signal-to-noise ratio threshold, and if yes, continuing to transmit signals; if not, proceeding to S4. S4: Determining whether there are untried frequency points in the set frequency range, and if so, selecting an untried frequency point to start transmitting a signal and returning to S2; if not, selecting a frequency point that has the highest signal-to-noise ratio and is not currently used from among frequency points having been tried, to transmit signals.
