GRADING MODEL FOR DETECTING BENIGN AND MALIGNANT DEGREES OF BREAST TURMORS AND APPLICATION THEREOF

A grading model for detecting breast tumors and an application thereof. The model grades the change of an imprinted gene in breast tumors by calculating the expression amount of imprinted gene deletion, the expression amount of abnormal imprinted gene copy numbers and total expression amount of the imprinted gene. The detection model and device visually present the expression of imprinting deletion in tissues and cell samples of breast tumor patients, and detect the change in the imprinted (blotted) gene objectively, visually, early and accurately by the method of in situ labeling for the imprinted gene, and can provide quantitative models.
