THREE-COMPONENT GRAVIMETER PROBE AND WELL GRAVIMETER SYSTEM

A three-component gravimeter probe and a well gravimeter system. The three-component gravimeter probe comprises: X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis gravity measuring modules with the same structure. Each uniaxial gravity measuring module comprises a uniaxial gravity acceleration sensor, a signal processing circuit, and an electronic component. Each uniaxial gravity acceleration sensor comprises a gravity sensing unit and a displacement sensing component for measuring the acceleration of gravity along each axis direction. The gravity sensing unit comprises an elastic structure, a proof mass and a support body. The proof mass inside the support body is connected to the support body via the elastic structure, and the displacement movement direction of the elastic structures in each gravity sensing unit is the same as the direction of each axis. The invention achieves three-component gravity measurement in a well by means of the gravity measurement modules in three directions.
