QUICK-DRYING FLAME-RETARDANT MULTIFUNCTIONAL POLYURETHANE FOAMING MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed is a quick-drying flame-retardant multifunctional polyurethane foaming material and a preparation method thereof. The invention utilizes natural hemp hurd powder and a flame retardant to impart antibacterial and flame retardant properties to the polyurethane foaming material, which is prepared from components in the following mass ratio: 80 to 120 parts of polyether polyol, 5 to 25 parts of a flame retardant, 5 to 25 parts of hemp hurd powder, 0 to 0.5 parts of a crosslinking catalyst, 0 to 0.5 parts of a foaming catalyst, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a surfactant, 1 to 4.0 parts of a foaming agent, and an isocyanate having an isocyanate to polyether polyol ratio of 0.9 to 1.4. By means of adding the hemp hurd powder and the flame retardant, the invention addresses the disadvantages of polyurethane foaming materials, such as being prone to burning and breeding of bacteria. The preparation method is simple, production costs are low, no special equipment is required, mass production is easy, and the production process is more environmentally friendly compared with conventional formulas.
