METHOD FOR PRODUCING LIBRARY FOR USE IN PREDICTION OF ACTION OF SUBSTANCE OF INTEREST ON LIVING BODY, AND METHOD FOR EVALUATING ACTION OF SUBSTANCE OF INTEREST ON LIVING BODY BASED ON CHANGE IN ACTION PARAMETER OR THE LIKE OF ZEBRAFISH
A method for producing a library in which large quantities of numerical data obtained from the change in an action parameter of zebrafish and large quantities of numerical data showing the change in the expression level of a gene are integrated together and are recorded, and which can be used for the prediction of the action of a substance of interest on a living body, the method including the steps of: providing an action-known substance that is a substance of which the action on a living body is known; measuring an action parameter of zebrafish to which the action-known substance is not administered yet in a water bath having the zebrafish placed therein; administering the action-known substance to a water bath having zebrafish placed therein, and then measuring the action parameter of the zebrafish after the administration of the action-known substance in the water bath having the zebrafish placed therein; detecting the change in the action parameter of the zebrafish due to the administration of the action-known substance; fragmenting data showing the change in the action parameter, and converting the resultant data into large quantities of numerical data; normalizing the large quantities of numerical data obtained from the change in the action parameter; normalizing large quantities of numerical data showing the change in the expression level of the gene after the administration of the substance of interest; and integrating the normalized large quantities of numerical data obtained from the change in the action parameter and the normalized large quantities of numerical data showing the change in the expression level of the gene together and recording the integrated data.
