The present invention relates to an orbital implant for orbital fracture treatment, a customized mold for processing the orbital implant, a fabrication method for the customized mold, and a fabrication method for the orbital implant. An orbital implant for orbital fracture treatment according to the present invention comprises: an orbital curved portion forming a three-dimensional curved surface for a damaged area of an orbital bone; and a catching ledge portion extending/bending from the orbital curved portion so as to be caught by and fixed to the orbital bone, wherein the catching ledge portion is configured considering that the bent angle is changed by the deflection of the orbital curved portion due to the weight of the orbital curved portion.
