The present invention relates to a graphene oxide complex in which target nucleic acids are grafted with a structure composed of single-stranded probes including complementary nucleic acids and a fluorescent material. Being able to detect and quantify various biomarkers (target nucleic acids) in real time at low cost and high sensitivity without PCR, the complex can find applications in the diagnosis of most diseases in which multiple biomarkers are involved and in the confirmation of effects of drug use.
