Disclosed are a graph database-based electric grid topology analysis engine system and method. The graph database-based electric grid topology analysis engine system comprises: an electric grid data source collection module used to collect electric grid data source information; an electric grid data source pre-processing module used to convert, according to a requirement of a modeling data format, the electric grid data source information to standard data information; an electric grid graph database modeling module used to establish an electric grid graph database model on the basis of the standard data information; and a service analysis module used to acquire a service request inputted by a user, to extract, from the service request, an analysis algorithm selected by the user, and to perform, according to the analysis algorithm, topology analysis of the standard data information in the electric grid graph database model, thereby generate a service analysis result.
