A super-resolution microscope capable of synchronous orthogonal laser image reconstruction, the super-resolution microscope involves: synchronous orthogonal laser image reconstruction; synchronous multiple polarized light image reconstruction; spherical aberration correction; obtaining of a dynamically-rotatory polarized light image; orthogonal polarized image formation processing and reconstruction of a microscopic image; reconstruction of images in an any-angle polarized light image group; and generation of rotatory polarized light. The microscope can overcome the impact of light wave diffraction spots on the resolutions of optical microscopes, provides another route for relevant studies, greatly improves the resolutions of the optical microscopes, and provides a new observation means for biological in situ microscopic image observation, micro-imaging of a bonding process during a chemical reaction, micro-imaging of nano-materials, etc.
