The present invention relates to: a suction cup-type blood flow variation measuring sensor for measuring blood flow variation through air pressure variation inside a vacuum-state suction cup by using an air pressure variation measuring sensor positioned inside the suction cup; and a blood flow variation measuring apparatus enabling the analysis of the risks of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by detecting, using the suction cup-type blood flow variation measuring sensor, the pulse wave transit time (PWTT) between the carotid artery and the radial artery, and the PWTT between the carotid artery and the femoral artery. The blood flow variation measuring apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises the blood flow variation measuring sensor, which comprises: the suction cup having a through-hole on the upper part thereof and formed so as to be attached to skin; the air pressure variation measuring sensor mounted on the inner side of the suction cup so as to detect, as a blood flow transform signal, air pressure variation on the inner side of the suction cup; and a packing part for preventing air from leaking from the through-hole when an electric wire connected to the air pressure variation measuring sensor is inserted in the through-hole.
