Provided are a photographing evaluation map, a photographing evaluation map generation device, a photographing evaluation map generation method, and a photographing evaluation map generation program, with which a photographing plan can be easily formulated. This invention is provided with: a coordinate space setting unit (31) for setting a coordinate space including a photographic subject; a photography candidate position setting unit (32) for setting multiple photography candidate positions in the coordinate space; a photography condition setting unit (33) for setting photography conditions for the photographic subject; a feature point setting unit (34) for setting multiple feature points on the photographic subject; an evaluation criteria setting unit (35) for setting, for each of the feature points, photographing evaluation criteria based on the photography candidate positions and the photography conditions; an evaluation value calculation unit (36) for calculating, for each of the photography candidate positions, an evaluation value indicating an evaluation of photography for when the photographic subject is photographed from the respective photography candidate positions set by the photography candidate position setting unit (32) under the photography conditions set by the photography condition setting unit (33); and a photographing evaluation map generation unit (37) for generating a photographing evaluation map in which the evaluation values at the respective photography candidate positions are defined. During calculation of the evaluation value at each of the photography candidate positions, the evaluation value calculation unit (36) calculates individual evaluation values for the respective feature points in accordance with the evaluation criteria, and subsequently calculates the sum of the individual evaluation values obtained for the respective photography candidate positions as the evaluation value.
