The present specification relates to an invention patent application for a biological normalizer, pertaining to the field of medicines, which was developed on the basis of observations that an aqueous solution of phospholipid liposomes and micelles has biological properties and serves as a basis for applications mainly for external use, directly on the dermis, in body cavities with a serous or mucous lining and in pathological cavities, such techniques not having been used until now and constituting the biological normalizer; said biological normalizer, in one main embodiment, being a solution 1 of cell membrane phospholipid liposomes and micelles in a proportion of 0.01-10.00 g in one litre of diluent; said solution 1 being pure or combined (by adhesion by means of opsonization) with a useful biological substance(s) and/or medicine(s).
