The present invention generally relates to a technology for synthetically monitoring a network state so as to assist network management. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology in which: a relationship between network elements is analyzed on the basis of SNMP collection information so as to automatically generate a network topology map; a network state is periodically stored in the form of a screen shot so as to enable a network state change to be continuously checked; on the basis of machine learning, network state information is learned and an abnormal symptom is analyzed; and on the basis of routing information, a traffic path for a specific IP is identified, so as to visualize a network state.
