A virtual reality-based monitoring method that enables remote psychotherapy for diagnosis and treatment; a doctor or psychotherapist may perform remote virtual reality psychotherapy for a patient by means of a treatment system; by being equipped with VR glasses and physiological feedback sensors, and by cooperating with a lens sensor capable of capturing the full body movement of a user, psychotherapy may be performed in a virtual environment; the psychotherapist may monitor changes to the physiological indicators of the patient and control changes in scene so as to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment, and may simultaneously switch to artificial intelligence monitoring and control; after diagnosis and treatment are complete, the system will sort and analyze treatment data and create an evaluation report, which is very convenient.
