The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for calculating an emission amount of atmospheric pollutants in a vessel field by using actual operational information. In order to solve problems of a conventional method, including a problem in which the range of an emission source is limited to berthing and docking operations of a coastal cargo vessel, and thus only a part of the amount of emission from a vessel is reflected, a problem of generalization of used fuel to heavy oil, and the like, the present invention provides a method for calculating an emission amount of atmospheric pollutants in a vessel field by using actual operational information, the method comprising the steps of: building a basic-data database by using actual operational information including a vessel type, the type of fuel consumed by a vessel, a moorage of the vessel, and a moving path of the vessel; performing spatial allocation with respect to a drawing; building drawing data by using the basic-data database; calculating an emission amount of atmospheric pollutants for each vessel type by using the drawing data; calculating an emission amount of atmospheric pollutants for each spatially-allocated space; and schematizing results of the calculating of the emission amounts for each space in a drawing.
