The invention relates to an eye surface reconstruction device, comprising an eye attachment having a suction ring, characterized by at least one element arranged in the inner region of the suction ring for the placing and retaining of a locally limited liquid volume of low viscosity at a predefined point on the eye surface within the suction ring and further characterized by a rail element (22) mounted on two opposite sides of the suction ring (20) for rotation about the axis of rotation of the suction ring (20), a retainer (23) for a tube (24), which retainer can be slid along the rail element (22), and a tube (24), which is arranged parallel to the axis of rotation of the suction ring (20) in the retainer (23), the tube (24) being formed from a liquid-impermeable material and being vertically slidable into the plane of the suction ring (20) and fixable.
