A blockchain-based financing method and system, and a storage medium. The method comprises: when a target financing requester corresponding to a target edge node has a financing demand, log in to a blockchain information platform, and obtain financing information of the target financing requester from the blockchain information platform; the target edge node determines, according to the financing information, a financing amount of the target financing requester by utilizing a financing level analysis model. The method and system, and the storage medium implement, using blockchain technology, the transparency and whole-process visibility of information among a business flow, logistics and a fund flow in supply chain finance, thereby resolving the problem of the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises and individually-owned business. In addition, because transaction records on the blockchain information platform cannot be tampered, the financing risk of a funding party is reduced, loads of calculation and data transmission of a cloud center are reduced, and the real-time performance of financing is improved.
