A thin film encapsulation structure (100) for a flexible panel and a manufacturing method therefor, comprising a first inorganic layer (10), a first organic layer (20), and a second inorganic layer (30). The organic material hexamethyldisiloxane is used to produce a first dam (40), the hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity between the first dam (40) and the first organic layer (20) being opposingly arranged, so that surface cosolubilization does not occur when the two are in contact. The thickness of the first dam (40) can thus be greatly reduced, and the blocking of corrosion from external water and oxygen and of particle pollutants covering the flexible panel, the buffering of stresses from bending and folding, and other effects of the encapsulation structure are ensured. Compared to conventional dam structures, that of the present invention is simpler and more reliable, helping to further narrow the frame of the display area of the flexible OLED screen and improving user experience.
