An olive-shaped bidirectional tapered internal thread and conventional thread connection structure having a large left taper and a small right taper. An internal thread (6) is a helical bidirectional tapered hole (41) located on the inner surface of a cylindrical base body (2) and having an olive-like (93) complete unit body thread which is large in left taper (95), small in right taper (96), big in the middle, and small at both ends, and has the capability of assimilating a conventional external thread (9); the assimilated external thread (9) is a helical special tapered body (7) on the outer surface of a columnar base body (3). The performance mainly depends on conical surfaces and tapers of threaded bodies. The following advantages are achieved: internal and external threads are formed into a thread pair (10) by means of conical pairs constituted by the bidirectional tapered hole (41) and the special tapered body (7) by receiving the cone body in the tapered hole, until helical conical surfaces of internal and external cones are in fixed-diameter fit or fixed-diameter interference, thereby implementing a thread connection function; self-positioning and self-locking of the threads are achieved.
