[Problem] To provide a feature for reducing shaking of an airframe when an aircraft enters turbulence, without using advance information indicating an airflow vector of two or more dimensions. [Solution] This system has: a measurement unit 10 for emitting electromagnetic waves toward a planned direction of flight of an aircraft, receiving scattered waves produced by the electromagnetic waves being scattered in air, and measuring the remote wind speed in the emission-axis direction on the basis of a frequency Doppler shift amount between the emitted electromagnetic waves and the scattered electromagnetic waves; a spoiler 221 for controlling lift of the aircraft; and a control computation unit 30 for calculating, when it is established on the basis of a result of measurement by the measurement unit 10 that the aircraft will be subjected to a gust, an angle of attack at which the lift slope is smaller, and calculating an angle of the spoiler 221 for controlling to lift at which the lift does not change.
