SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTHENTICATING RESIDENT IDENTITY CARD NUMBER BASED ON CN39 CODES

A system and method for authenticating a resident identity card number based on CN39 codes. The system comprises: a data processing center, an identity card inquiry system used for inquiring authenticity of resident identity information, a program fragment processing unit, an authentication unit, a filtering unit, a reading device, and a resident mobile phone. The method comprises the following steps of: resident identity card inquiry, processing of the data processing center, storage of the data processing center, password encryption operation of the data processing center, downloading and storing N CN39 codes by the resident mobile phone, program fragment processing of the CN 39 codes read by the reading device, decryption of the authentication unit, and processing of the filtering unit. The present invention can ensure the CN39 codes authentic and credible, and invalid for replication, so as to prevent the resident identity information from being abused or embezzled.
