A method and system for coupling any two bits from among multiple superconductor quantum bits. The method is applied to occasions where a magnetic thin-film material is provided with a multi-superconductor-quantum-bit array and is capable of realizing spin waves, and comprises: disposing a magnetic thin-film material below a multi-superconductor-quantum-bit array (S100); by means of the combination of magnetization directions of magnetic domains in the magnetic thin-film material, forming multiple channels for spin waves to pass through (S200); correspondingly disposing quantum bits in the multi-superconductor-quantum-bit array on the channels through which the spin waves pass so as to couple a single quantum bit with the spin waves (S300); and providing at least two quantum bits on the channels for the spin waves, and realizing coupling between two quantum bits by means of coupling between the single quantum bit and the spin waves (S400). The method uses a magnetic thin-film material layer to transfer a state change of a quantum bit on a superconductor quantum bit layer, and also uses the flexible connection between spin waves to realize coupling between any two superconductor quantum bits.
