[Problem] To provide a specialist introduction system, a specialist introduction method, and a program that enable introduction of the best specialist with the highest level of skill for a specialized task, and who matches the content of a request by a user. [Solution] This specialist introduction system comprises: a specialist database 30 having recorded therein specialist information pertaining to a task for a specialist; and task enactment data that is outputted by the specialist performing the task. The specialist introduction system further comprises: an evaluation module 111 that evaluates the specialist on the basis of the task enactment data; and a specialist introduction module 112 that introduces a specialist in association with the specialist information and an evaluation by the evaluation module 111.
