Disclosed are an apparatus, a system and a method for linking and handling advertising and loans. A loan handling system according to the present invention comprises: a loan/investment participant recruiting unit for carrying out an advertising event in response to an advertising event request from an advertiser, recruiting loan and investment participants, and storing and managing data corresponding to the recruited loan and investment participants; and a loan execution unit for receiving and storing data corresponding to the loan and investment participants from the loan/investment participant recruiting unit and advertising fee data corresponding to the advertising fees deposited by advertisers, registering investment funds data corresponding to investment funds from the investment participants, lending to loan participants on the basis of the investment funds data, and, at the time a loan is repaid, distributing the investment principal and dividend to the investment participants on the basis of the funds repaid by the borrower and advertising fees. The loan/investment participant recruiting unit recruits any one from among a loan participant and a investment participant from the participants of an advertising event.
