The present invention provides a method for analyzing the number of duplicate genes and the number of alleles of a swine leukocyte antigen using a real-time polymerase chain reaction quantitative test scheme, wherein the method comprises: (a) a step of obtaining genomic DNA of a pig; (b) a step of PCR amplifying a target gene including a gene of swine leukocyte antigen 1 (SLA-1) by using a mixture comprising the genomic DNA of the genome and primers of SEQ ID NOS: 1 and 2; and (c) a step of quantifying the copy number of genes of the swine leukocyte antigen 1 (SLA-1) and the number of alleles in a PCR product amplified in step (b). According to the method for analyzing the number of duplicate genes and the number of alleles of a swine leukocyte antigen of the present invention, through a simple scheme for amplifying a target gene located in genomic DNA of a pig by using a primer having a specific base sequence through a real-time polymerase chain reaction scheme, it is possible to accurately analyze the number of duplicate genes and the number of alleles of an SLA-1 gene of a swine leukocyte antigen from genomic DNA of a pig. Through the method of the present invention, it is possible to accurately analyze the number of duplicate genes and the number of alleles of a swine leukocyte antigen, and thus the method of the present invention can be widely used for biomedical applications such as disease resistance and sensitivity, genetic polymorphism, xenograft, and the like.
